Policies & Procedures

Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription or gift box orders. No refunds will be issued on remaining unshipped boxes purchased on a subscription plan. Store credit can be applied in lieu of receiving remaining unshipped boxes upon approval by management. All store credits must be redeemed within 60 days of issue. No refunds will be issued for custom designed gifts or special order purchases.




Order Cancellations


All order cancellations must be received within two hours of the original order date and time. A restocking fee of 15% will be accessed on orders cancelled after this deadline. An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. See our subscription cancellation and renewal policies below.




Damaged Product


If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will glady replace the damaged product as soon as possible. Please retain the original shipping container and send us a picture of the damaged product via email. This requirement is necessary so that we may file a damage claim with our frieght carrier.




Product Substitutions


We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value for out-of-stock or discontinued merchandise. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Substitutions may be made for chocolate products during warmer summer months.




Same Day Deliveries & Bulk Orders


All same day, local deliveries are made Monday through Friday by courier from 10 AM to 6 PM. EST. The standard hand delivery charge is $20.00 per unit. Same day deliveries are made in the 49221 zip code only. Bulk local delivery orders are accessed an additional handling fee based on the number of units per order. We reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge (FSC) if transportation costs increases dramatically. Please contact us if you wish to place a same day or bulk local delivery order.




Nationwide Shipping


We currently ship within the Unitied States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All nationwide shipments are made via UPS, Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for all ground shipments. Your purchases will be shipped for delivery Monday through Friday.




Address Corrections


Additional shipping fees may be accessed by UPS or Fed-Ex for address corrections and package forwarding. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address in order to avoid additional costs and delays in the delivery of your purchase. See the Account Login page to update your customer information. Purchases delivered to a wrong address which was provided by the customer will not be refunded.




Discounts and Coupons Codes


All discounts and coupon codes are limited to one use per order and person.




Methods of Payment


We currently accept most national credit and debit cards for secure online payment. We do not accept checks of any type or COD orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom, bulk and special purchase orders upon receipt of order specifications and approved quote. Company issued credit cards may be used for corporate gift purchases.




Holiday Delivery


Due to increased package volume during the week prior to national holidays, your purchase may require additional time for delivery. These holidays include Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day and Mothers Day. Please make sure you take this into consideration when placing your order. All orders are normally shipped using Ground Transportation via UPS, Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service. Expedited delivery will incur additional transportation costs for Next Day AIr, Two Day Air and Standard Air service levels.




Privacy Policy


Your privacy is important to us. That is why we use a secured payment system to process all customer transactions. Our company does not maintain any database records that contain your personal financial data. In addition, we do not share your personal customer information with outside vendors or service providers.




Subsciption Policy


We want to give our valued customers the option to renew their purchases at the end of each subscription period. That is why our 3 and 6 month subscription packages do not auto-renew. We trust that our product and service will prompt you to choose to renew your subscription instead of being surprised by an auto-renewal payment because you missed the cancellation deadline. The One Month Subscription package does auto-renew on the 16th of each month . You can cancel your month-to-month subscription anytime before the 16th. Please login or go to the Account Login page to cancel your subscription and update your customer information. See our Refund Policy for additional details.

When will my product ship?


New subscription boxes orders will ship on the 21st of each month. If the 21st falls on a weekend or holiday, your box will ship on the nearest weekday. You will receive an email notification when your box ships along with a USPS tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your purchase. Delivery is usually completed within 3-5 days.
